Customer Service Representive (CSR)

Great Lakes Media Technology, Inc. is seeking motivated, organized, energetic candidates to join our Sales team. This position acts as a liaison between our internal and external customers while providing solutions to problems. Applicants must have skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications, ability to type proficiently is critical and 2 or 4 year degree and/or 1-2 years of applicable experience and high school diploma or equivalent.
